Why We Built This Site
Finding the correct Berrien County office is often harder than understanding the basic question. A judge issues a warrant, the sheriff or another authorized officer serves it, and the court controls any recall or later order. The Clerk of Superior Court maintains Superior, Juvenile, and Traffic Court records, while Magistrate Court handles criminal arrest and search warrant applications and first appearances. City traffic and ordinance matters can stay with a municipal court. Because Georgia routes public warrant checks county by county, one blank website result cannot establish that a person has no warrant. The site brings those official routes together without claiming access to a government database.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Georgia court, sheriff's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
